You must withdraw funds to a bank account registered in your own name that matches the name on your 88big account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your account verification level and loyalty tier status.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours during business days (Monday through Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB). Most withdrawals to verified accounts complete within 1-4 hours. First-time withdrawals require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals requested outside of business hours or on weekends and Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 88big reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
Before processing your first withdrawal, you must wager your total deposit amount at least once to prevent money laundering. If you have claimed a bonus, you must complete all wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-related winnings. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if we detect suspicious activity, multiple account violations, bonus abuse, or other terms violations. In such cases, we will contact you to explain the reason for the delay or decline.

If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, any active game round will continue to completion according to the game rules. You can view the outcome in your game history upon reconnection. Sports bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified in the market description. Extra time, penalty shootouts, and golden goals do not count toward settlement unless specifically stated. If a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will typically be void and stakes refunded, except for markets that have already been decided. Live betting (in-play) odds and markets are updated in real-time but may be subject to brief delays. 88big reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time.

If your account is closed for violation of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
